Below you will find the answers to Frequently Asked Questions that we get here at The Helpful Counselor.
Can I share your resources on my own website?
All of the material created by The Helpful Counselor fall under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. The resources come with a single user license and may not be redistributed in any format.
If you would like to share the resource, you can link to my original post or product in my Teachers Pay Teachers store. Basically, people should not be able to download anything from your website.
I really enjoy creating freebies for my readers…thanks for being cool and respecting my work. 🙂
How do I download the free resources?
I’m in the process of transferring all of my free resources onto Google Drive. Currently, downloads are available in two formats.
#1: Downloads hosted on The Helpful Counselor
Click the download link.
#2: Downloads hosted on Google Drive
You can get support from Google by clicking here.
I’m having problems downloading the free resource. Can you send me a copy?
Due to the large volume of requests, I’m not able to send out files on an individual basis.
The file I downloaded is corrupted. What’s going on?
All of the files on The Helpful Counselor are free of corrupted files. If you receive a corrupted file or error message, it may have something to do with your software or computer processing.
How do I unzip a file?
This article can explain it far better than I can. 🙂
